Original Dogo is an Argentinian knife manufacturer that is renowned for producing quality handmade custom products. The family business was founded by José O. Bolchini in 1978 in a small workshop in Concordia, Entre Ríos, Argentina. In 2016, the store moved to Quilmes, Buenos Aires, Argentina, where José’s son, Marcelo, continues the family tradition of making custom artisan knives. Brothers José and Mary Bolchini manage Original Dogo, USA.
