The C1015 is a handcrafted Argentine Criollo knife designed for authentic barbecue, grilling, and everyday food preparation. Its full tang construction, premium SAE 1070 high carbon steel, and balanced profile provide exceptional cutting performance, durability, and control. Finished with a professional black phosphated coating, the blade offers improved corrosion resistance while maintaining the character and edge retention of traditional high carbon steel.

Available with a selection of premium natural handle materials—including Deer Antler, Deer Horn, and Ñandubay Wood—every C1015 is individually handcrafted in Argentina, making each knife a unique piece of craftsmanship.

Black Phosphated Finish

The black phosphated finish chemically bonds to the surface of the steel, increasing corrosion resistance while creating a durable matte appearance. Unlike painted coatings, the treatment becomes part of the steel itself, preserving the blade’s performance and giving it a distinctive rugged look. As with any high carbon steel knife, drying after use and applying a light coat of oil occasionally will help maintain its appearance.
